Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ciaro. Below you will find our guidelines regarding the delivery of orders placed through our online store.

Delivery Time

For orders placed before 6:00 PM (CET) on business days, packages will be packed and shipped the same day.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as sales, campaigns, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Denmark: Free delivery on orders over 1000 DKK. Orders under 1000 DKK have a shipping fee of 45 DKK.

  • EU: Flat rate of 79 DKK.

  • International (outside the EU): Flat rate of 149 DKK.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package. If you have not received the confirmation within 24 hours after shipment, we recommend checking your spam folder.

Delays or Missing Deliveries

If your package is delayed or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at ciaroprojectscp@gmail.com

Customs and Duties Outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and other import charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for more information.
